Nice clean hotel with good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff, and also very handy to the train station. Unfortunately, there is a downside to the locale: noisy drunks, screaming and fighting on one occasion, more celebratory on others, kept us awake between 3 and 5 am on three nights of a 5-night stay.

Perfect location for a weekend get-away
Good hotel, location was perfekt, right by busses and train. Only 5.min walk to main stopping street.. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff very sweet. Even help us with a cooler for whitewine for us to take to the room. Only downside the people at front desk was missing knowledge about the city

The hotel is conveniently located across from the central station and with a bus located at the entrance. Great breakfast selection. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small! Every time I showered the bathroom used to flood, making it disgusting to have to walk on your shower water which never dried.

Rooms were little outdated and pretty basic. Beds were not the best. Location was great and staff friendly. Parking was tricky as it is located in the nearby shopping centre and it was not possible to stop in front of the hotel (busy street).

An average, slightly dated hotel near the station. Some of the rooms lacked air-conditioning, the bathrooms were cramped. Some rooms were facing a building site where a new wing was being built. It would have been better to update the existing rooms before building more.

Great but bad AC.
Good location and standards. We had the superior family room, which fitted our family of our quite conveniently. The only minus was rather bad/nonfunctioning AC, which also was the case for another family we were travelling with. No way to adjust it either. Other than that, it was a great stay and the best Scandic Hotel experience we have had.

Staff was very friendly. We would have liked a better view instead of looking at a construction site. Blowdryer broke down. Asked for another one but it never arrived. Asked for ice and the machine was broke. Parking was at another location and almost impossible to unload your luggage at the hotel as it was a bus zone in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast it was very delicious.

Slidt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed.
Fantastisk beliggenhed. Fantastisk personale der kæmper en kamp for at opretholde et godt serviceniveau over for gæsterne. Hotellet bar tydelig præg af den igangværende renovering. En renovering der også er virkelig er tiltrængt. Personalet virkede noget presset. Jeg finder det en smule uartigt at vi blev bedt om at forlade morgenbordet lørdag morgen fordi de gerne skulle bruge det til andre gæster. Jeg er IKKE vant til at hotellet skal bestemme hvor længe jeg har lyst til at sidde og drikke morgenkaffe. I forvejen var der meget begrænset med muligheder for at kunne sidde og snakke når man er en gruppe på 6 personer. Vedr. værelset og hotellet generelt så har jeg følgende kommentarer : - meget svært at få en god temperatur i værelset. - brusenichen var tilkalket, men der var et godt vandtryk. - indretningen af værelset virkede rodet (svært at komme rundt om sengen). - elevatoren virkede slidt, gammel og langsom. - gangarealerne virker meget dystre med de mørke farver. - der er meget lidt plads mellem bordene i restauranten. Jeg følte at nabobordet sad helt oppe i nakken på mig. - de mørke krus til kaffen gør det svært at sikre sig at krusene er rene inden brug. - og prisen fejler jo ikke noget. (ironi kan forekomme).

Dejligt hotel med serviceminded personale. Perfekt placering i midtbyen, nemt at komme rundt i Aarhus herfra. God morgenmadsbuffet, dog en del trængsel. Fint værelse med alt det nødvendige.
