Bathroom was in poor condition. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The lamps were missing light bulbs. Room was dark and dirty. The hotel was very loud. Children running up and down the halls until midnight. Will not stay here again.

This was our second trip to Aberdeen for a Ripken tournament, but first time staying at the Comfort Inn. Every staff member that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. They were willing to accomodate my sons tournament schedule and allowed us to check in early and were willing to let us check out an hour late as well. The pool area was so nice and we enjoyed spending time there after our games. Free breakfast was great before our early games. Less than 5 min drive to the stadium and close to so many food options. We will definitely stay again the next time we play at Ripken!

When I arrived early to check in the young lady at the desk was so kind and accommodating. She said she would have a room ready shortly. I think I waited five minutes and the room was ready to go into. And she was very kind and courteous to me, while I stay here, I found out housekeeping staff, breakfast staff Met in the hallway were very kind and helpful Stay all the much more comforting you are doing a great job!
