My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back.

At this point I don’t understand how some one can use Expedia or anything that Expedia offers, by far the worse experience ever, I had to go to other hotel in the very first day, and the worse part of these is they did not refund my money. Expedia and this hotel are very terrible!!!!!!

Excelente lugar. Limpio, cómodo y con todos los servicios, además tiene acceso a la playa. El personal amable en todo momento. Sin duda para la próxima vez reservaré de nuevo.

Bien en lo general, aún con las reparaciones y remodelaciones es totalmente funcional. Lunes a miércoles estuvo genial la tranquilidad en Playa y Alberca. Alimentos de su restaurante bien, aunque las bebidas les falta mejor calidad en su preparación.

Fue mi primera experiencia en expedia lei las reseñas desgraciadamente ami no me fue tan bien pesima atencion de todos en la.resepcion muy aparicos en el restaurante y bar tambien hiba con una persona com discapacidad y para abrir el acceso de la playa que justo decia que era para personas con discapacidad una flojera , siemrpe andar atras de ellos muy mala atencion
