You Must Try Thyssen Apartments
This property is wonderful. City centre but not too noisy. We enjoyed our 2 nights in Malaga and returning to Thyseen Apartments opposite the museum was the highlight of our visit.

Overall good experience
Overall very good experience in terms of location, space, cleanliness and utensils provided. Some minor items that could be improved: pillows are all memory foam type and can be quite uncomfortable for some people (other pillow types would be appreciated), no air flow in some rooms due to placement of air conditioning unit (a fan would be appreciated), picking up keys are in a different location that is not clearly communicated and there are no parking (making it challenging and complicated) (an easier option to obtain keys would be appreciated).

This apartment was fabulous! Better than the pictures, fully equipped. A great location. We only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. The kitchen would have been perfect for cooking if we had stayed longer. The living room was really big and bright. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back here for more time in Malaga.

In the heart of the city
Excellent location in the heart of the historic district of Malaga. Superb Italian restaurant right next door! Apt. Had a king size bed with firm mattress and good pillows. There’s a washing machine and a tiny courtyard where you can hang clothes to dry. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. Large sitting room with Spanish language only cable TV. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Let ved our stay!

Really well located, equipped and modern accommodation in a classic building, across from the Carmen Thyssen museum and walking distance from all the main sites in Malaga downtown as well as the amazing dining options around. Check in is a bit of a hassle as you need to pick up keys at a different site but it is workable for the most part

Apartment with a great location
The apartment is in a very central location (next to the Carmen Thyssen museum and a 2-3 minute walk from Constitution square) however, the office with the keys was about a kilometer away. Once we got into the apartment, we found it roomy and clean. One negative was the lack of paper towels or napkins. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nice apartment, needs improvement
I loved the position and furniture of the apartment. My big issue with it is that the window in the kitchen did not have any locks, so even if it was an internal window to the building i still felt unsafe having an opening in the apartment that could not be properly closed, however hard to reach a woman traveling alone has to be able to properly lock herself in. That should most definitely be fixed. The structure could also offer transportation from their office where you get the keys to the apartment cause dragging luggage for 20 minutes in the heat is very unpleasant.

Stylish, modern, smart Central Malaga appartment.
A lovely Appartment. We were on first floor. Easy access via lifts though you need to be careful that light timer doesn’t give that long. Separate bedroom and a sofa bed, which was really comfy for sleeping and sitting. Central location which was very handy especially for Carmen Thyssen museum just opposite and nice to visit with decent shop and also a little cafe inside that offered breakfast. We used airport pick up which was also good as driver brought the keys. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some noise as is in a pedestrian street and restaurants pack up about 11 or 12pm. This didn’t bother us as was all part of the charm watching the world go by through the beautiful large windows. All equipments and furnishings was very stylish, modern and elegant. Felt at home. Got Wi-Fi and tv to work. It had to ask for wifi code. The only issue was a smell in the bathroom - no toilet paper in toilet sign May have been an indicator of an issue. We were only there a couple of days so didn’t raise it - just held our noses. Decent powerful shower. Super helpful support staff on WhatsApp

Just adequate, but poor service
We rented the Caleta Homes apartment in the city centre for 4 persons for a week. A great location for access to bars and restaurants, but also quite noisy, especially in the weekends. As a 1 bedroom apartment it is inadequate for 4 persons for more than a couple of nights. Beds/sofa beeds are not too comfortable, the bathroom is very small and the kitchen not well equipped. i.e. 3 wineglasses in varying sizes, no corkscrew etc.. When we arrived in the evening the bed was unmade, the safe did not work and the kitchen light did not function. We asked for a technician for light, safe and extra pillows. The technician arrived next day at 11 - we had to wait as he did not have a key. The pillows and someone to fix the safe never arrived. We had been given 1 set of keys to the apartment to all 4 of us. As they could not locate an extra set of keys in the office, we were told to come by the next day - just a 15-20 minutes walk away, but.. When we asked for late checkout, we received a flat no. All in all not very serviceminded and slightly disappointing.

5 Tage vor Ankunft wurde das Apartment abgesagt, weil es renoviert werden musste. Das zuerst angebotene Ersatzapartment war nicht vergleichbar. Das zweite Apartment haben wir akzeptiert. Es gab hinsichtlich der Umstände kein entgegenkommen in irgendeiner Art und Weise. Das zweite Apartment war sehr schön. Auch Zentral gelegen, nur die Umgebung war etwas herunter gekommen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, wurde aber sehr schnell behoben. Man war sichtlich bemüht das alles passt.
