"We loved the hotel. Even the most basic room felt luxurious. The staff were nice and helped us with whatever we needed. It is clean and well-kept. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the location cannot be beat. 10/10 experience and we will be coming back the next time we are in Rome. "

"Our room was too small, we mentioned our issue to those wonderful folks at the front desk. Next day we were given an upgrade at no charge. This particular good-will gesture,customer service, was so appreciated during our week-long stay. Love Augusta Lucilla Palace. We travel through Rome twice yearly and book ALP at least once a year since COVID. Grazie Mille"
