"There is not a high enough rating I can give the Palazzo Nainier. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the service was the true gem. My husband needed medical attention during our stay. The manager Pamela and her staff accommodated all of our needs while we were receiving care at the hospital allowing that to be the only focus. They called to check on us and could not do enough to welcome us back. It was truly appreciated. "
