"We paid in full in March and arrived the day of check in to find out it was double booked. The owner we talked to said that he didn’t know anything about our booking. So not sure if this falls on Expedia or the property, but messed our vacation right up. We were planning to do Drumheller the next day before continuing south. There was no hotel in Three Hills or Drumheller for our family so we had to drive to Calgary. Our kids were very disappointed we didn’t get to go to Drumheller. Very frustrating!
Either Expedia needs to figure things out better or this owner needs to keep track of his booking system better. I am also still out of my money!"
"Property was lovely. House was very big with enough rooms. Upstairs our voices echoed without any sound proofing. Lower level a bit weird with the open ceiling. Voices really carried between rooms. I personally did not enjoy my final night there with the rodents in the wall with their clawing and chewing ALL NIGHT long. Had to find a friend to let me bunk up with at 3:00. Thought for sure the rodents would be coming through the drywall. "
