"We really valued our stay at the Ghion Hotel. The rates were excellent, the staff are lovely and it's a real piece of Ethiopian history. The African Jazz Village is top notch and home to the timeless Father of Ethiopian Jazz, Dr. Mulatu Astateke. Meals were copious and delicious - Breakfast is free! We are used to staying at more modern (read: updated) luxurious places but I'd go back for the charm, people and music. "
