Our fridge had no shelves and was dirty, bath tub was dirty as was the sink in the bathroom Aircon was so loud we could hardly sleep with it on but room was so hot we couldnt sleep without it. Rubbish bag full was found next to bed from previous people

Wasnt told about $50 bond for key till arrival. These things need to be told before hand as if paid by card your waiting 3 days for return of monies. Also key we were given for room 106 was bent and unable to put in slot to use the heating and in Adelaide especially this time of year is important. Very cold sleep.

Basic room, two beds. Aircon/heater, tv. It had a guest laundry, $4 to use a huge washing machine, the dryer was free. The pool was clean and inviting and I stayed in room 44, THE SHOWER WAS FANTASTIC!!!!

Disappointing. Looked great on the website, but didn't lived up to the hype. Not enough parking for the number of rooms, so first in best dressed. If you're staying there because you have a function on (wedding etc), don't stay out too late or you won't get a park! Stayed there in August - cold night, one blanket between two beds! No electric blanket either, so getting into a cold bed with a sheet and bedspread. One powerpoint between the two beds, nowhere near enough in this technological age where everyone wants to charge phones etc overnight. Shower nearly became a bath due to blocked drain (hand basin was fine, only discovered while showering), staff didn't seem to care (understand?) when reported to them, also didn't get that parking was an issue.

My room was clean and tidy, if needing a bit of updating. The door didn't have a chain lock and banged all night due to the high winds. Everything worked, and the location was very good. On a busy road, but still nice and quiet. Close to everything.

Paid for 3 beds for 2 nights, but only supplied 2 cups & spoons (no forks or dinner plates). Room service came on day 2 and replaced our towels (but forgot face washers) and didnt replace our coffee cups and spoons, so had to wash in the bathroom sink. Shower had pink mould in grout, walls had dirty marks everywhere, had to play the TV volume so low you could barely hear coz it had a very annoying buzz when turned up. Service was friendly.
