Great stay, wonderful host.
Very nice and clean. Got my own bathroom during the stay. Incredibly kind host who drove me 5+ hours for me to get to the total solar eclipse I came to America to see. Saved me probably 600 dollars out of the kindness of her heart. There is not alot to see in the town, but it's nice and quiet. Absolutley zero complaints!

Quiet and clean!
Needed basically a bed for one night in Adrian, MI to watch some hockey at the local college - this was a perfect fit for me. Host was very nice (as was her grandson)…I came back from the game and headed right up to my room for the night. Extremely quiet, bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect right down to the great pressure in the shower. Much better than staying at a hotel - was a bit hesitant at first because it’s someone’s house but after I settled in I was content. Highly recommend!

A room for a week
Wanted an inexpensive play to stay for 5 days. Bedroom was smallish, double bed. TV in the closet. Bedroom is 8 feet away from hosts bedroom, adjacent to another bedroom that is occupied by another resident, and 12 foot away from another guest bedroom. Bathroom is not attached to bedroom, it is listed as private. Kitchen area is shared, did not use during my stay. Private sitting area is adjacent to the hosts sitting area on the first floor. It has French doors. Did not use during my stay. Felt more than a little uncomfortable during the stay, and simply hung out in the room for the time I was there in the evenings. Seemed to have an issue with AC (host verified) and was a little stuffy on the warmer nights. Host was pleasant. Dog on the property, was well behaved in brief encounters.

It is a quiet location, it was nice to be able to use the kitchen. Check in was easy & quick. There was a friendly dog in the house. The bed would benefit from a new mattress.

Comfy, safe and clean near speedway!
Only stayed one night for event at speedway. Host very kind and friendly. Home very inviting and comfy. Our room was good sized with all we needed. Bathroom large and clean. Small fridge in room with bottled water was helpful. Quiet. Parked on side on driveway. Double bed was fine for my sister but too soft for me and really sunk down away from edge. Hist concerned about that. Overall very nice place to stay.

Very convenient.
Had a very nice stay here for two nights. Was in town for the weekend for a Woodworking class and this place was soo convenient. Owner very gracious. Had tea and breakfast bars available. Very clean room and bathroom and large lounge area with a good size TV. I would recommend this place if you are in Adrian, MI for a short period.
