"Rooms are big - separate seating area and queen sized bed. Beds are very comfortable - foam mattress with feather bed type topper. Bathrooms have heated towel racks and heated floors. Front desk staff are incredibly nice and helpful with suggestions. Hotel is extremely close to the central train station and it’s a 5 minute walk to the shopping area."

"We are a family of 6. We stayed 4 nights in 3 rooms (3 pax each room). Slept well. Comfortable bed. Nice shower/toilet. Practical layout. Breakfast offers wide spread of food and fruits. We enjoyed our breakfast during the 4 nights stay. Location wise it is very close to Oslo Sentral station which makes commute to Oslo airport a breeze. "The rooms are quite small, for people with large suitcases. Other than that, they are minimal, which is good for creatives. I don't know what the leafy decor with the led lights is about; that could be improved."

"Sommerro is a nice high quality hotel very close to city centre. The rooms are nice and the hotel decor is very pleasant. The restaurants are rather disorganised but maybe that was due to New Year’s Eve: booked a table at TAK at 9:00 pm and won’t seated till 10:30pm. "Most aspects of the room were excellent, but there were a few things that were really annoying. The bathroom has absolutely no counter space. The shower door allowed water to cover the entire bathroom floor. There was no place in the room to open up a suitcase. The closet was extremely inefficient."

"We absolutely loved the food at Hotel Havnekontoret. Every day we had amazing breakfast and coffee options, and a lovely well-prepared dinner by the wonderful chefs. Our room was lovely, good temperature control (window that can open if you get too hot), and the amenities were great. Everything is within an easy walk from the hotel- we spent 5 days walking as much of Bergen as possible. This is a prime location! Thanks for making our honeymoon special! "

"It's our 2nd time back to this hotel for a short city stay. It's a super convenient location right next to the train station and the main city centre. The breakfast offering is extremely varied and plentiful, and really high quality which is constantly refreshed. Great for setting you up for the day. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Can highly recommend."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to all the restaurants and bars from the area. The hotel itself was really comfortable and cosy to return to from a days out walking in the cold. Rooms clean, breakfast plentiful with plenty of fresh and cooked offerings. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if I returned"
