"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The location and views are great. Breakfast and the occasional buffet was fresh and good. Minor comments being picky would be the heated pool could be warmer and also the hydrotherapy pool was cold. "

"We booked this on a bit of a last minute family trip and it turned out to be a delight. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic, all the staff are very friendly and lots of them made a fuss of our children and kept them smiling. Drinks are reasonably priced, our family room was spacious. We had a partial sea view that we were happy with. Room service did a great job tidying up each day. There’s no bad things I have to say about the place, just wish the weather was better but you can’t have it...

"Really enjoyed the hotel. Quiet location and easy walk to the boardwalk. Public bus very accessible and about 20 minute walk ro downtown Lagos. Food was great and the heated pool much appreciated in February."

"The hotel room was a bit tired and dated but very clean. No kettle in the room but on asking one was supplied. The breakfasts were amazing. All nationalities catered for. A microwave was also available if the food needed to be hotter. Walkable into Albufeira. Far enough away from the Razzamataz. Swimming pool available with a nice sun lounge area. "

"Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property."

"Outstanding property, great location with 180 degree sea views. Comfortable good size rooms, high quality linens. Modern, very clean, good facilities (pools fitness room etc). Food is excellent (quality, choice and plentiful) both for breakfast and dinner. Best staff we have ever encountered - from the cleaners to servers, to front desk and entertainment staff, they all went out of their way to communicate, be helpful and make sure they could do everything to make your stay the best...

"Beautiful property. Would be nice if the security at the gate and the maid service spoke better English like the rest of the staff. Several miscommunications. restaurants are all delicious but book up and we did not get to try them all."

"We enjoyed our stay! The location was nice because it was between the beaches and the town. The staff were friendly and available. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and had a good variety. It would be nice if they could keep the hot food warm with the hot plate or have a microwave to heat it up. The shower floor is flat so all the water flows out easily making the bathroom into a swimming pool so just pay attention when showering."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is exactly as pictured. Staff was amazing. A few tiny gripes: there is no heated pool or jacuzzi, linens are done every 3rd day and only 1 towel per person is supplied. We did not feel misled in any way, but this is not the "typical" American experience. These small inconveniences did little to distract from a wonderful stay. The nearby beach is amazing.
