"The service is exceptional, the staff are wonderful and food is fabulous. I would advise booking restraints for dinner via their website in advance of arriving to avoid not being able to get a table. I would especially recommend the Japanese restaurant. We also went to the Sisley spa and had a yoga class and sound bath which was very special. This hotel is 5* in everything. Even though it's child friendly it still feels quiet and adult only. "This is an outstanding hotel, with great customer service. For example, I said I liked the tea at breakfast - and I then had (without asking) a gift of tea sent to my room by hotel management. Absolutely outstanding! The one minor development is I was there with my 14 year old son. He wasn’t allowed anywhere near the indoor pool. This policy needs a rethink. "

"While we stayed at the property during off season, it was a very comfortable, peaceful and serene stay. The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The only negative aspect of our stay was the front desk staff, a man who refused to smile and came across as quite rude on our encounters. Other than that, highly recommend."

"We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!"

"I had a great stay at Epic Sana, the staff were all friendly and helpful & the property was immaculately clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location wise, there are some decent restaurants, ice creams and a supermarket within 5 mins walk and you can access tennis and padel courts for a small fee. "

Good all rounder!

"Great hotel, excellent location and facilties. Right next to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Agree with others that it isn't a modern 5 star, probably more like a good 4 star but it was very clean and had everytbing you need. Bed was comfy, plenty of wardrobe space and good size balcony over looking the beach. Staff very helpful. Breakfast tasty and plenty choice. Would come back"

Lovely stay, very enjoyable

"Lovely stay. Staff are really friendly. Great location next to the beach and a short, pleasant walk to the marina. Breakfast selection very good and staff are very attentive during breakfast. Spa facilities are really nice - but daily cost for over 12s is 14 euro. Pool tables in bar area a great activity but also a surcharge. Outdoor pool huge but quite cold as it’s quite early in the season. Overall great stay and would stay again. "

"This hotel was amazing in every way. The views outside the hotel were breathtaking. To the back was the most beautiful cliffs and to the left was the mountains and city. And there were numerous walking trails and boardwalks right outside the grounds. The sea view superior room was huge and beautiful and well equipped. The bed was so comfy with wonderful bedding and pillows - firm but giving. The bathroom was huge with a tub and large shower. Huge balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good with outside seating available and a coffee bar and champagne. Valet service was quick and the staff was soooo friendly. It’s a quick drive to old town Lagos. The spa was clean and had a sauna and steam room as well as a small outside jacuzzi and large heated pool at no extra charge. The normal pool was large and beautiful and there was even a baby pool. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay in Lagos. And even a great value for everything we got."

"I stayed for 5 nights, I got there when they had just opened, everything is new. The staff were lovely. The hotel is about 7-9 minutes walk to Paris Dona, you can walk to town in 20 minutes. There is an indoor pool with sauna and steam room as well as a large out door pool. There was a buffet breakfast which had a good selection, only issue is the hot food was cold. The rooms are rapacious with fluffy bath robes, safe and fridge. You can request to have you breakfast in your room as well. Overall I will be coming back due to how affordable the hotel is and how close it is to everything."
