Plastic glasses in in plastic wrap. Not very environmental and cheap. I found this quite disappointing for a four star hotel."

The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing.
