5/5 Excellent
"The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby.
The breakfast, included in the price, was ample and delicious."

1/5 Terrible
"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available.
Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room."
