"We had an unexpected layover in Houston that required a one-night hotel stay. Holiday Inn staff was fantastic with shuttle picking us up off-hours, and getting us checked in at the end of a long travel day with a toddler. The restaurant staff was also extremely friendly. The only minor complaint was bathrooms were a bit loud and you could hear hallway traffic slightly more than a typical hotel stay. Otherwise, this was a pleasant stay during otherwise stressful day."
