"Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend. "

Because Hotels.com sent the wrong email address to Best Western Gateway to the Keys. The waiter searched for a long time but couldn't find my name. "Our experience durring our stay here was absolutely horrifying to say the least,although booked thrpugh hotels.com app the so-called manger overcharged and, booked, and checked us in through their hotels front office as if we had just shown up out of the blue and meeded a room (as, "cash paying" guests) even though it was verbally brpught to their attention out loud for all to hear very clearly and spoken in english that the reservation was booked and paid for (without opportunity for a refund)...
