My daughter and I stayed for two nights, and as soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us with big smiles. They wished my daughter a happy birthday and offered her a free ice cream bowl. They made check-in smooth for us and were all very kind. We did have to evacuate our room at 6:00 a.m. due to a fire alarm. We weren't told what happened, but the manager handled it well. He passed out waters and blankets and made sure we were all okay. Overall, our stay was amazing.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating to me during check-in and check-out. My only complaint is the water temperature in the shower was barely lukewarm. Even after maintenance came to adjust the temp, it still remained the same. In fairness, he addressed the pooling water in the shower without me asking. Overall, my stay was a little above average.
