I highly recommend this property especially for extended stays in Edinburgh. Great location close to all the sites, the tram line, Haymarket and Waverley Stations but a little bit off the main road if you want some quiet. Great neighborhood with lots dining choices. Having the kitchen and separate bathroom is convenient when staying for more than 2 nights. However, the kitchen counter in our room is damaged and the freezer door doesn’t close properly. Also no housekeeping unless you stay for 7 nights or more. Nice to have own washing machine even though it takes forever to do one load. It’s a bit far to the Princess Street and still need to walk to bus stations so, not convenient for people who have difficulty walking. We however, walked everywhere within the city without issues.

Perfect for attending the Fringe Festival
All exactly as anticipated. Very pricey due to it being the Edinburgh Festival but that is to be expected unfortunately. Overall it was well located and very spacious. It was great to have the kitchenette facilities which was handy for grabbing a quick breakfast before going out and viewing back to back shows and performances. It certainly ticked all our boxes!
