The staff was fantastic. We missed our flight to Edinburgh, and ended up having to check in one day late, and because we didn't use the first night, they offered us free breakfast.

I didn’t enjoy my stay here. It was noisy - you can hear everyone’s comings and goings in the hallway, doors slamming at all hours. The bed was hard and not comfortable. There’s very limited storage space in the room, three coat hangers and a small shelf. The bathroom/shower set up is just weird. There’s no place to put your towel or clothes while showering, except on the floor. The sink wasn’t draining properly. There’s no kettle. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a kettle or some kind of personal coffee/tea maker in the room. Well this place doesn’t. You can use the machine in the restaurant. So I’m supposed to go downstairs in my pajamas at night, across the lobby and into the bar if I want some hot water. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was clean, confortanle and spacious. Coffee and tea abailable in the bar all day long. Excellent location. All places of interest, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post-office, airport bus and railway station within walking distance. The only disadvantage is the bathroom concept ehich needs to be restructured since it dors not allow elementary privacy. The sanitary set up is unhygienic itself.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar was great, and loved that it was free hot drinks day. Breakfast was great. Whilst the room was clean, my first impression when I opened the door was that it looked and smelt like a hospital. I didn’t like that the toilet and shower were separate. The heating took a long time to heat the room and even when I switched off the system, it kept coming back on automatically with the bright light that disturbed my sleep. However, I enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh and it’s in a great location, walkable to the main station and everything around.

The property was well maintained and rooms we comfortable. The only dislike would be the breakfast. The price was a little much for basic buffet food.
