Farmstay in Africa

"If you are looking for luxury lodging this is not it. But it has a very cool and comfortable vibe to it. It was winter when we stayed (June) so we did not use the pool but they were still keeping it clean. The best thing about this property is the service. Property manager (Darius) and his staff did absolutely anything they could to make our brief stay everything we wanted it to be. The property is also very conveniently located to all river/falls tours. Very happy we chose to stay here...

We wanted to see the Unesco site with roman ruins in Djemila - but a guy in the reception told us not to go, he said we had to be in a group to be let in. They should not say so to their guest, because we tried to go anyway and had absolutely no problems to get in. "

"I recently stayed at the Team Guard Hotel in Oran, Algeria, and I had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there was one staff member at the reception desk who was not as friendly or helpful as the others. He was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not make me feel welcome. "The view are stunning. The food is natural as the establishment grows everything on site. The staff is friendly and the place is sparkly clean. We enjoyed it and definitely recommend it as an escape from the city. "
