Come relax and enjoy the breathtaking lake views in this vintage Farmhouse on Grand Lake. 3 bed 1 bath. Fully handicap accessible home, stocked with basic kitchen necessities. Washer and dryer available for renter use. Great wrap around deck, fenced yard (please note this isn't fully fenced), and covered carport. Boat ramp across the road. Covered parking for 3 vehicles, with electric available under carport. This is a great location for fishermen and their families. There is even a Mexican restaurant on the water just a 2 min walk down the road.

Fun at the Lake
My two sisters and I came to visit Family and attend War Eagle. All was good. I would suggest fixing the outside light in the car port. We enjoyed our stay and all want to come again.

I loved the little farmhouse. It had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable, clean. Nice lake view. Loved the parking garage for my boat. Host was very accommodating. Neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

House worked for us. Price is good. Bathroom update is very nice. All things in kitchen you would need. AC good, needs fan for back bedroom but one is provided and kept room cool in very hot weather. Host very responsive. Had a good stay

The house was decent. Bedrooms or should I say main bedroom was nice the other two rooms were very small. Needs a little attention here and there (bug spray for spiders and ants). Overall decent place to stay. Boat ramp was nice and close and very convenient

Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. Thank you so much for our weekend get away! Hope to be back soon.

We was there fishing and it was great to have a ramp across the street from the house . It was also nice just to walk of to the Mexican restaurant and bar. Food and drinks where very good. Parking was a little tight with two trucks and a boat but they all fit in the driveway and was able to charge the boat . Great place to stay

Quiet cottage
Nice older neighborhood. Quiet and friendly people. We did find out you can fish at Red Arrow Marina (5 min.Walk) for $5/day/person. Met Juan of Juan's Mexican Rest. Very helpful and Great food.

We enjoyed our stay n hope to stay there again.
Easy access, very clean. Easy access to the kitchen. I have disability n that shower was great for me to take showers. I'm thinking about getting one here at home . Since I really can't stand. I just took my wheel chair n and take a shower. I'd recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a great place to rent.

We are an Electrical contracting company staying at this house as we work on a Grand Lake new build home. We are EXTREMELY happy, as this is our 4th time to book this home. The host is very accommodating, it would be tough to find a nicer person.

We LOVE this rental and plan to use it more in the future.
Our 3rd time renting for business, as our company is working on a nearby new build. We plan to rent this home as it is available until the build is complete and also look forward to renting it again for a summer vacay. The host is wonderful and the lake house is very comfortable.

Fantastic House on the Lake!
This was a perfect place to stay at the lake. The location was wonderful as it has a great view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with more than what you need so we didn't have to think about a thing. We loved everything about it.
