"Never normally reviews but had to for this hotel- it is stunning and they made my birthday trip very memorable. The staff are so welcoming and kind. The hotel is off the main busy laganas strip in a completely quiet and calm rural part which is beautiful and so peaceful. She made us feel welcome and she has been helpful at all times with restaurants recommendations and tips on what to do around the island. If we could we would have given her 20 stars. "The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway. There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours. The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really. There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic. The food was tasteless, but the place was clean. The bar was your typical all-inclusive; wine as sour as your mother in law and the draught...
