"Amazing Riad in the centre of Marrakech, all staff were very attentive and the breakfast rach morning was excellent"

"We arranged an airport transfer via Andalla Spa’s management team, which was wise given the Riad’s location. The team met us nearby, handled our luggage, and escorted us. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea, starting our stay delightfully. The Riad was as beautiful as online photos. We stayed in the Warda junior suite, ground floor in a quiet corner. The room was charming and clean, though noise occasionally filtered through thin glass panes and from a sealed-off door leading to an alley. Thankfully, noise subsided at night. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, and pain au chocolat—perfect start. The Medina’s main square was a 10-minute walk, navigating bustling streets with motorbikes and donkey carts. On departure, we arranged another shuttle transfer, arriving at the airport with ample time. Our experience with the airport was smooth, with security and passport control efficiently handled. Our five-night stay was memorable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the Andalla Spa team. Their impeccable service and readiness to assist were impressive. A minor suggestion is to replenish the complimentary water bottle in the room ;-) Overall, a heartfelt thank you to the team for their incredible care. We wholeheartedly recommend this Riad for an authentic Marrakesh experience!"

"Merci encore à toute l'équipe du kenzi Menara qui ont rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Nous sommes arrivé tard le soir la première nuit et la chambre que l'on nous à donné ne nous à pas plu. Le lendemain nous allons à la réception et avons expliqué notre situation ils nous ont changé de chambre et surclassé même sans aucun frais. Nous avons été ravi de l'ensemble de l'établissement en passant du Petit déjeuner qui était très copieux et varié ainsi que de la piscine extérieure géante. C'était l'anniversaire de ma femme et ils ont ramené deux gâteaux un dans la chambre et un au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir avec les musiciens qui allait avec. Nous avons vraiment l'impression d'être des clients et chaque demande est vraiment pris au sérieux, merci à vous de l'ensemble de la prestation et continuez de cette façon."

"The staff were amazing and the food was really good too! Honestly one of the best affordable all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. There was hotel entertainment on an evening and the gym was full of techno gym equipment (for a hotel gym) was decent ! it’s 5 mins walk away from the main square and markets. Overall great experience. "

"Love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and so well tended. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return. "

"Sublime property from entrance, to lobby, hallways, restaurants, spa, pool, and magnificent gardens! The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. Loved our stay!"

"Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend. "
