"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. "There were many good things about this hotel. Service was exceptional. They had many large tours staying which put a crowd on the breakfast buffet and made it very noisy. Food ok. Nicecoffee machine but long line to get coffee and always running out of mugs to use when you got to the head of the line. Had a room with a ”view of the Taj Mahal” but it is so smoggy there you can barely see it, if at all. So don’t spend the money for that. "
