"Old hotel, poorly maintained. No bulbs in the lamps, air cond leaked condensate onto the floor. No hot water. Bed sheets were super poor quality. One bottle of water for two people. Not a pleasant experience"

No respetan las reservaciones aun pagadas
"no respetan las reservaciones, fue muy desagradable llegar con la familia con niños y recibir la noticia que no nos darian habitacion aun cuando ya estaban pagadas, pues ya estaban todas ocupadas, nos tuvieron por mas de dos horas esperando y finalmente a las 00:30hrs nos dijeron que no podian hacer ..."
