"Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. "Overall a really nice property. Very spacious and it was very clean. Location is great. Lacks a bit of coziness with the excess of white walls and lack of natural light. Room for improvement - the sofa bed in the living room only comfortably seats 3 people- we were a party of 5 so two were sitting on dining chairs. It’s also not suitable as a bed for 2 people. It’s very uncomfortable as a sofa bed with the line down the middle and not very stable. My 7 and 13 year old struggled on it so adults...

"My friends and I travelled here for the Eras Tour, the hotel reception had Taylor Swift decor and it really was such a nice touch! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The 24 hour food service was majorly convenient too. The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to Liverpool One. The check out process was very quick and easy.
