"The overall stay was made by the attentive staff and the real desire to please the guests. The food was good, the chef and staff in the restaurant were dedicated to giving you a good experience. The hotel has dated decor, but everything is fairly well maintained and a bit of croquet game in the grounds and massage on site did cheer me up. The hotel has 3 restaurants and the outdoor one looks great, we didn't try it as it didn't have veg options. The chinese restaurant smelled of too much...

"The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. "Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good."

"Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head. "

"清潔感は問題ありませんでした。朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。"

"Very nice and comfortable hotel, with particularly helpful staff. Krushna went out of his way to move us to a better, upstairs, room when the room we were first given turned out to have some smoke odors and also too little privacy from the garden outside. Btw, the executive rooms upstairs have the same pool and garden views as the rooms downstairs, with the added attraction of a balcony. Huge, clean, largely unused, pool. The food is not very special, but is clean, varied and plentiful. Again, very nice restaurant staff. The hotel arranged very good cars and drivers for us to visit Ajantha and Ellora."
