"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. "Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head. "

"The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"
