This property should never be booked. Seriously scary to see what they consider a “clean” room. Don’t let photos online fool you. It is an absolute nightmare.

It’s not too bad I mean only thing was the price because I got it. I see a price for 75 when I got there I had to pay $30 for early check-in. I’m confused this never heard of that before but other than that it’s OK just don’t think the price is worth.

My stay was horrible! From the second I walked in, there were roaches crawling on the bed. The people who clean the rooms need to lift the mattress and clean all the left over food people leave. I opened the fridge to put food in and there were roaches running rampant in the fridge.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I got a jacuzzi room. There was only 2 towels for the shower and jacuzzi to share. The room was a nice size but definitely nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was nasty. And tge best part the reason i book the jacuzzi room was for the jacuzzi which did not work. It sprayed the water to the door and to the wall. Then i was told by the little boy checked me out that i didn't know how to use a jacuzzi.

The floors in each room were filthy with dirt ,spills and litter. We had to sweep the dirty sticky floors ourself and the never cleaned the tub or sink the entire week we stayed there. The wall plugs in the room were not working to charge your phone and we had to change rooms 3 times due to something not working properly. Some rooms and the elevator in the suites bldg had roaches. The $500 we spent definitely was not worth it the place need to be closed down permanently and cited for all their insufficiencies
