The mountain view room made every mornings even more special. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city for free with a bus ticket provided by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a excellent experience with outstanding service. Special mention to Dan who find a last minute shuttle to the airport, he was really committed to help even on my last hour at the hotel, I was truly impressed and satisfied. "

"Not too far away from Lake Louise. Stayed for 3 nights. Only downside is that the top loft bathroom showerhead was not designed very well. So it would spray at the face instead of the body. Food in the area is generally expensive. Breakfast was about $32 per person"
