"We stayed in Canoe for our ski trip. The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi was a highlight-perfect for unwinding after the day on the slopes! Highly recommended for relaxing and enjoyable stay"

"Arrived at the hotel and checked into our room which was a double room, which looked large on photos but wasn’t at all. Had to speak to reception about a loud whirring noise coming from the radiators. Peter the maintenance man came and told us it should not have been happening, he was super helpful. Honey on the desk sorted us an upgraded replacement room within a few minutes which was a much better and bigger room with no noise. The only downside is after visiting the hot tub and pool, myself and my partner left feeling incredibly itchy and my skin has come out in rashes on my hands which has lasted a number of days. This has been diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis which is due to poor sanitation in the pool facilities. Avoid them if possible. "
