Villa Samoa is an impressive property in Albufeira, just 5 minutes from the best beaches and close to all amenities. With capacity for 12+2 guests, it offers 6 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor (1 with bunk beds and 1 with a double bed en-suite) and 4 on the first floor (2 with double beds en-suite and 2 with single beds).

The house has a spacious living room and a bright dining area, ideal for meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor patio. On the lower floor, there is a games room with a bar and snooker.

Villa Samoa offers free internet, air conditioning, and all the comfort for a stress-free vacation. Outside, enjoy a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, a patio with a sitting area, and a barbecue, perfect for summer meals.

Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, it is just minutes from restaurants, bars, and beaches such as Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura. Other points of interest include Rua da Oura, with its lively nightlife, Praia dos Pescadores, and the historic center of Albufeira.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices are for up to 12 people.

The 13th and 14th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We received a warm welcome from our contact person (Sandra). The communication was pleasant. Any questions where answered quickly even in the weekend and evenings. Sandra booked us a boat trip(which was amazing) and informed us of any other experiences available. She also gave other tips of trips we could do on our own. The villa was very clean and spacious. I do recommend the heating of the pool especially with children and a baby. The temperature was Very pleasant. the evening

1st impression was good. Lots of room for our group of 10.Then.....lights in dining room not functioning properly was reported on our 1st full day there, nothing was done.Villa was very cold when we arrived and it was quite diffucult to regulate the heat. Not much help from property manager on that.Beds were quite uncomfortable. No hot water on our last night, final morning.Much too expensive to store bags at the check in center....charge per bag, regardless of size, and per hour or partial hour.Don't think I'd go back there.This is owned by a big company, who owns MANY properties....Again, mo help from property manager.

Stayed for a week as a family holiday. Age range 17 - 73 years. All very happy with the property. Easy access for all. Spacious and clean. The location was perfect. The pool was used daily, as was the pool table. Great location to eat out but also enjoyed staying in the villa for family meals/bbq.

Contact met de organisatie vooraf was prima, snelle en duidelijke reacties. Villa was top van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim. Enige minpuntje was dat er maar 1 koelkast aanwezig is en dat is als je met een grote groep bent wel wat weinig. Daarnaast vond ik de extra kosten voor het verwarmen van het zwembad best wel hoog en niet heel duidelijk aangegeven bij de boeking. Maar als totaal plaatje meer dan prima locatie om met een grote groep te verblijven!
