"We had a lovely stay here. The room was very clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. The service at the front desk was very helpful. We stayed in the attic room which gave the room even more of a cosy feel. We didn’t have the breakfast so we cannot comment on that. The only complaint we had was that the lift had a bad smell during our stay. I think the carpet needs replacing. Overall we really love the aesthetics of the room and hotel. "Good hotel in very busy street Gran Via. Reception is on the 9th floor and the rooms below that. We had paid for a street view. Room was modern, compact and comfortable bed. No door on the bathroom but toilet and shower do have doors so don’t worry!! Great sound proofing as did not hear a thing from outside when in the room. Breakfast served on 9th floor were delicious. Small rooftop pool tho too cold to use in February plus we had no time. Would recommend hotel, good location for sight seeing. "

"I had a great stay here! This place had friendly staff (knew English), a quality room for what I paid for, great-smelling bathroom soaps, and variety in their breakfast buffet. Compared to similar priced places I’ve stayed, they seem to put a little more effort into the details of enhancing the guest experience. I also loved the location. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and being in close proximity to the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again next...
