Very close to airport and shuttle service was great. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, omlets sausage,breads, and cereals. Only downer was my room was next to a pump or something that went on and off with an extremely loud hum.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I love that they had 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. If I ever go back to Knoxville, I will 1st look to stay there again.

Our stay was great. When we checked in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and what time we would need to be there. The front desk person told us if we left at 4:30AM we would be good. So we got down stairs to take the shuttle and the front desk person asked if we needed breakfast, we said if it was available we would love it. So she opened the breakfast area at 4:15 so we could eat prior to leaving for the airport. She was awesome. Also this is a perfect place to stay as the airport was less than a 5 min drive from motel! Great place to stay and the staff went above and beyond what was expected!
