"Because I have bad Arthritis, I had picked you hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I was very disappointed to discover they were both closed. I asked the person checking me in if there would be a discount since those amenities and he stated he didn't know, and I would have to email the manager. I was disappointed with that response. I would think if you work the front desk you would know the answer to that type of question. "

"This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of sleep spaces, well appointed kitchen. Some nice touches like complimentary toiletries for those who forgot items. Location was on a quiet neighborhood street but very walkable to the waterfront and downtown. Only disappointment was that listing had hot tub as amenity and there is none. We would definitely book this gem again! Hostess was super responsive as well!"

"It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip.
