"Captain Thompson's resort is an outstanding resort. It has the best location of any in Alex Bay. It is within walking distance of everything. The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional! We plan to be a regular visitor every year."

"My family traveled to Alexandria Bay for a wedding on one of the islands and we loved our base at this house. It was in an amazing location, walkable to the main street where the shops, restaurant, bars and churches were located. The hostess was very professional and attentive. We had very good interaction.The house is lovely, we enjoyed having coffee on the front port in the morning. I would stay there again when another chance comes up to visit the area."
