"Because I have bad Arthritis, I had picked you hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I was very disappointed to discover they were both closed. I asked the person checking me in if there would be a discount since those amenities and he stated he didn't know, and I would have to email the manager. I was disappointed with that response. I would think if you work the front desk you would know the answer to that type of question. "

"Captain Thompson's resort is an outstanding resort. It has the best location of any in Alex Bay. It is within walking distance of everything. The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional! We plan to be a regular visitor every year."
