In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly.

Great place to stay overall, but would have been even better if breakfast could start a little earlier than 7.30am. 7.00 or even 6.30 would have been better.

Cracking Hotel on Loch Lomond with great Bar/Restaurant options, staff very friendly and quality of food, both dinner & breakfast was exceptional. Remote location so a car a must for this area.

Beautiful location. Excellent meals in the restaurant and amazing service. Room was clean and cozy. Unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am by the person in the room who was up and walking around excessively. Otherwise a great stay.

I came back to find someone checking into my room. Went to sort it out as my key would not work. The guy who was given a key to my room was given all the attention. This morning we needed to leave for the airport, one around to help with luggage, several trips back to the room and key would not work. Had to find someone who then had to find someone to let me in. This made things late and stressful. Sheets smell of chemicals. Restaurant staff were great and knew what they were doing. booked 2 rooms which seems really over priced, grubby carpets. Small rooms and lumpy mattresses.

Great trip before flying out

It was great. Except for the green light on the ceiling all night long, I had to wear an eye mask which was uncomfortable. Everything else was amazing
