A nice house, but requires some investment. Household appliances and audio from the 90s. Leaking drain in the kitchen. The towels looked worse than a floor cleaning rag, luckily we had our own. Lots of parking spaces. Safe and quiet. The owner is not very communicative. Contact with the owner only in french language. In general, the value for money is very poor.

Sehr schöne Gegend dort, alles sauber und al-les vorhanden. Liegen auf dem Dach müssten mal gesäubert werden. ABER: Achtung Amei-sen in der Wohnung - kein Brot offen liegen lassen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schlecht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Françoise. La maison est très propre, au calme et très bien équipée. Françoise a été très conciliante concernant notre réservation en raison des changements de vols. La maison est à une dizaine de minutes des plages

La buena ubicación de la casa nos permitió recorrer los puntos más bonitos del Algarve, con todas las comodidades de un hogar, pues la casa estaba bien equipada. Destacan sus 3 terrazas y la tranquilidad de la Urbanización Cerro do Moinho donde está la propiedad enclavada, y cuenta con un parking exterior cerca de la casa a compartir con otros residentes. La Urbanización pertenece a Almadena, localidad interior que cuenta con dos bares donde probar sandes y bifanas en sus terrazas.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette jolie petite maison. Le cadre est magnifique. L’endroit est idéal pour visiter et l’Algarve sud et la côte ouest. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison moderne, confortable et bien équipée, au calme et dans un quartier sympa, dans les hauteurs d'un village à taille humaine. Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui apprécient d'être proches (10 min en voiture) de la mer et des belles plages.

Gostamos muito da localização e vizinhança. Casa muito prática, confortável e com boa exposição solar / lunar. Ideal para familia de 4. Por outro lado, haviam loiças, acessórios e electrodomésticos já muito gastos, antigos e/ou pobre condição de utilização. A TV por satélite só tem canais em frances / alemão, zero em portugues / ingles. Não recebemos instruções previas para o check-in e a proprietária apenas falava frances, mas acabou por se resolver. Foi uma boa estadia, com aspectos que podem ser melhorados, mas provavel repetir!

La location est parfaite pour des vacances reposantes et dépayasantes. Il y a 2 terrasses et un balcon. Les voisins sont discrets et agréables. Il y a tout. L'espace est très bien agencé. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Pour faire les courses, le supermarché le plus proche est à 10min en voiture. La plage la plus proche est à 10/15min en voiture. Bref, je recommande.

Lo recomendaría, la vecindad es muy acogedora, es una estancia ideal para el descanso. Regresaremos de nuevo de nuevo el próximo año. ( la puntuación baja en la comunicación con la propiedad a sido motivada por el idioma. Yo no hablo Francés y la propietaria no habla español. Afortunadamente lo solucionamos por un vecino que nos ayudó.)

Très belle maison, très propre il ne manque rien. petit village très calme proche de la plage. Nous conseillons cette maison pour deux couples car deux belles chambres et literie neuve, et le petit plus le linge fournis. Manque juste un aspirateur. 11 jours dans cette maison nous reviendrons certainement et conseillerons à nos amis et proches cette location.

Une location propre et bien aménagée. Elle se situe dans un agréable quartier calme et il n'y a vraiment pas de bruit. Il s'agit de la résidence secondaire d'une propriétaire française qui met donc à disposition un équipement complet. Même les chaines tv sont en français! Il n'y a pas de clim mais c'est n'est pas gênant. Les différentes terrasses sont un vrai plus. Les plages de Lagos sont à environ 10-15mn de voiture. Une location que je recommande.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, idéale pour 2 couples (2 grands lits) ou une famille de 4. L'intérieur est plutôt spacieux et les 3 terrasses disponibles sont un vrai plus, ce qui permet de s'installer à l'abri du vent. La localisation à Almadena permet de profiter aussi bien de la côte sud (Lagos, Portimao... belle mais très urbanisée) que de la côté ouest (belles plages de Villa do bispo, beaucoup plus sauvages). Le quartier est calme avec vue sur la campagne, un peu à l'écart du bourg. Une adresse à recommander pour rayonner sur l'ouest de l'Algavre (on peut aller jusqu'à Faro mais guère plus loin).
