The CLEMENTINA Duplex apartment is situated in central Albufeira between The Strip and The Old Town with Fisherman’s beach. It is perfect for holiday-makers wanting to be close to the action as all the amenities are in the walking distance. The Old Town with Fisherman’s beach can be reached in only 10 minutes, while the popular Strip is only 15 minutes away.
The apartment is located on the ground/first floors. A cozy patio with the barbecue on the ground floor lets you enjoy your meal and drink in the fresh air.
CLEMENTINA DUPLEX apartment is equipped with everything you need to make you stay as comfortable as possible. The cozy bedroom has a queen size bed for two, spacious wardrobe with safe, stylish commode and the entrance to the large private terrace for your solar baths. The sofa-bed in the living room allows comfortably sleep two more adults.
For your entertainment, there is a widescreen Smart TV & Blue-Ray player with the movies for your choice. Unlimited free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen is for every self-catering need.
The apartment is serviced weekly (including soap, towels, linens and cleaning). Beach towels provided. For stays of one month and/or longer, a weekly cleaning fee is done for an additional charge upon request.
