"Its an older resort like experience from another time. As a side bar, the bathroom was spacious even though it needed a new shower head. It was fixed promptly. Must be reminded that the room temps are different than other part of the world during winter months. Friendly staff well maintained. Food was uninspired but for those who love the glorious hotels of yesterday "

"Horrible hotel! Yes, it’s close to the ferry terminal, but it has long since had its heyday. We arrived to an overpowering smell of smoke. Our room was filthy upon checkin. Once that was settled we tried to get comfy and nap. We turned the a/c on and it blew in recycled smoke filled air. We left and went to the Marriott. I spent the next 4 days extremely sick from what amounts to smoke inhalation. There were roaches on the stairs as well. Hotel would not refund and apparently hotels.com doesn’t...

"Family run hotel. They go out of their way to help you get around! I used hotel as launching point to Morocco. They were willing to allow me to store a suitcase, in order that I was more mobile on my side trip. Bravo!!"
