"If you’re expecting hotel chic, this property is not for you. If you love traditional Spanish with lots of of quirks then you will definitely love this place! Beautiful old building in a very central area just minutes from all the attractions. Lovely spacious rooftop terrace, and although it could do with some TLC, it’s perfect to relax with a drink at the end of the evening. Beware though, the spiral steps up to the terrace are not for the faint hearted and definitely not for children or anyone...

"We had two weeks at Casanova with a large extended family. The house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, well equipped. All of the rooms are a good size and the air conditioning is effective. There is an entry system and the villa felt very secure. The pool is perfect for young children with an extended shallow area. The indoor pool area was well used when the sun became too hot. All in all, a brilliant holiday."

"What a wonderful stay we had in La Cala de Mijas. The home was just as beautiful as in the pictures...and larger than I thought. We had wonderful dinners and mornings at the outside patio. The pool was wonderful for those hot afternoons during siesta. Loved the town and all its ammenities...beach only a 10-12 minute walk away.
