Though we were a little disappointed with the room this time (we had a tiny balcony & we were above the blue bar area with a frosted glass view of the harbour on the 3rd floor) we still enjoyed our stay. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, our room was comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels and of course the food was good too. "

"The staff's service and attention were great! They just need to watch out for a few small things in room 724: the bathrobe was torn, the slippers were both for the same foot and looked used, the bedspread had loose threads, the sink had some cracks, and the toilet paper holder was a bit loose. "

"Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses."
