"This place was way up in the Pinilla Highlands but such a cool little spot. The pool had leaves in ot due to the winds but was very clean unlike some places we have stayed. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful little getaway. You could also see the howler money when you walked to the pool. The road getting to this little gem was a bit rough so you need a 4x4 vehicle for sure. Really close to Avellanas beach area and restaurants. A big plus!"

"This is a great place to start or finish your trip to Costa Rica. It is very close to the airport (500m). Staff is helpful and the room and facility are very clean. The bed was a little thin and firm, but not that bad. The breakfast was great and the server extremely polite and accomodating. I left my phone charger and they held it for me to pick up. For negatives, it is quite noisy on the street facing rooms. You are right next to the freeway and the airport. There is a wall that blocks some of...
