We stayed at the Viterbo location Pros: - Great Location - Friendly, professional staff - Spacious, comfortable apartment - Can leave luggage at the office - after check out Cons: - Poor / non-existent shower lighting - Noisy air-conditioner Note, this location requires to walk up 20 steps to get to the elevator. Walking distance to Porto’s main sites, plenty of places to eat and shop. Elevator starts on the 2nd floor so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs; the bathroom was very clean but needs more lighting. Front desk was very helpful snd friendly

First of all, I must say the staff was excellent. Communication was quick, and they helped with transportation from the airport and with minor issues in the apartment. And the location is so central and perfect. But the condition of the unit itself was very basic and not the best. Some issues: soap and shampoo bottles have old torn labels which isn’t legible. Only 2 hangers provided for a room with 4 guests. Broken toaster. I know the staff would have helped rectify these issues but I didn’t want to bother them with every slight problem. I would only recommend to travellers that don’t plan to use the kitchen, and only if there was a price discount.

Very good flat to stay in Porto, close to many amenities, the river and the Don Luis bridge. Very convenient self check in. My only concern was that the air conditioned didn't reach the second floor. Beside that, everything was fine. Highly recommended.
