My favourite hotel in Dublin. This was my second time in the Samuel and it did not disappoint. Check in and check out so easily done. Staff were friendly. Rooms so clean and warm and the beds are so comfortable!

Lots of technology in use. Self checkin and checkout. Room keys activate lifts. No buttons in lifts. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Everything feels new. Staff were great at helping navigate the technology. Good selection at breakfast.

A nice enough hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but close enough to walk if you’re a good walker. My main hesitation in a stellar review was the ineptitude of the staff. The housekeeping was slow, as we often came back in the late afternoon to find our room still untouched, even with the sign requesting service on. We asked if we could extend our checkout by 1 hour, and the young man at the desk told us it would cost 40 euros, until we spoke with his supervisor. Little things that suggest an inexperienced staff. It’s a nice new hotel, but it needs to work out some kinks.

Location was excellent. You can walk everywhere. Staff was Very nice. conditions of the room was poor : 1)no view whatsoever ; just looking at the wall. The pictures were deceiving when I made the reservations. Though this may be Expedia’s fault. No shelves, no fridge, no luggage racks provided in the room. Also the ventilation was poor. In US, early check in is usually very likely for all hotels. . Here it was an unexpected request. The hotel can adjust the check in time by working around the arrival times if international flights.

Nice, clean hotel. Room had all the standard hotel features. Biggest downside of this hotel is the location. If you work at salesforce or Are in town for something at the convention center, it’s a great spot. For everyone else, You’re a 15 minute walk to the outskirts of tourism area. Limited things to do and eat around hotel.

Everything from arrival to chechout was just perfect. Everything was planned and catered for to perfection, staff, room, food and hotel was just really lovely, the surrounding area was really lovely too. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay, just wonderfull.
