"We checked in to this beautiful old inn, and were greeted by owner Johnathan, we were shown to our room and told if we needed anything just ask. Being the winter the kitchen is closed Monday and Tuesday which Johnathan apologised for, we replied it’s absoulutly fine. "Had an amazing overnight stay at QSF to celebrate our Anniversary. Rooms are excellent, well equiped and very clean . Bed was very comfortable .Pre booked the restaurant and the staff had set up a table by the window for us , decorated with balloon for our Anniversary , lovely touch . The food was simply amazing ,with each course we had wine pairing , could not fault anything. Staff in all areas were friendly and attentive. "Mainly fine. Friendly check in. Don't like the fact that my card was debited £50 despite assurance it wouldn't be. I had already paid so why the debit on my card? Hoping this is refunded ASAP .I understand a swipe in case of damage etc , but they should definitely not have taken a debit from it without my authority. BLACK MARK FOR THIS. A suggestion would be to provide disposable shower/bath sponges. Also bedroom walls are very thin meaning enforced listening to next room's conversation....
