"I’m writing this because it would of helped to know a little more about this magnificent and to an extent lesser known property with breathtaking views of Petronas Towers, sophisticated bar and one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time! To sum up, I would go back back to Grand Hyatt KL in a heart beat and this time leave plenty of room (tummy & time) to fully enjoy the delicious breakfast! The whole experience felt like one pleasant surprise after the other! Thank You Grand Hyatt...

"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."
