"The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us in any way they could. The breakfast was better than I imagined and were happy with it. The hotel also helped people with baggage transport to the station which is a very handy thing in this area. The room and specially the bathroom had room to improve (specially the bathroom) but overall we could live with it for a night. "

"The place is good but the staff - on the phone - was unhelpful and sometimes a bit rude. The staff onsite was very nice, not sure what was going on there. The hotel is very pretty."

"Amazing hotel, 2 min walk from the main plaza the armas. They have hot water, nice and comfy beds and the staff is super friendly and helpful. "

"Very helpful and happy staff. Hot buffet bkft with options of cooked to order. Laundry service, sent out. Since on a pedestrian only street, pick ups require some walking. The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!"

"Great little hotel. Clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location within easy walk of plaza armada and other sites. The room was decorated nicely and on the first day I received a treat box of chocolate and goodies. Lots of activities and live music. Excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely go back there. I highly recommend it to others."
